Ray Huang

不動產信用分析師

黃先生為PIMCO執行副總裁暨信用分析師，駐美國加州新港灘辦公室，負責研究不動產投資信託 (REITs) 與飯店企業。在2013年加入PIMCO之前，他曾於綠街顧問 (Green Street Advisors) 擔任分析師，負責住宅REITs。在此之前，他曾服務於摩根大通 (J.P. Morgan)，擔任住宅營建與建築產品的股票分析師。他擁有19年的投資經驗，並取得康乃爾大學的作業研究與工業工程學士學位。
